I am not much of a boxing fan but I've been watching Manny Pacquiao fights and it is really amazing that he make ways to win his fight. In the office, our team discussed and tackled about The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey and it was such an enlightenment. This habits has been the guide that we follow from that day on, when it comes to playing basketball I never thought of incorporating this habits until I found a site about college hoops, training programs for basketball and this was amazing. Upon reading ihoops.com blog entries  it was amazing and it is really helpful theoretically and can be applied. But this particular  blog entry it changes my game, I can say that I work on the things that I am comfortable of doing and improving on my weakness, that's what it tells about this.

I found a very useful and informative site if you are damn serious about weight loss, getting in shape or preparing to get sexy this summer. Below are the jogging benefits that everyone should  learn, understand and live for, I confess I don’t really follow any running bible now that I am into running, weight loss and writing blogs about running I learned to follow a running bible from different running websites and it really helped me. Writing a blog about running did not only benefited me I also get a chance to meet other runners, blogger and new acquaintances that show the same passion as mine .

It's been the 4th year that I am reporting to work during Holy Week season and I am happy to know that President Benigno Aquino III signed the Proclamation No. 84, last December 2010 where in the Philippine Labor Department has issued the pay rules for Maundy Thursday and Good Friday (21 and 22  of April 2011).

In line with the Lenten Season I was thinking of ways to celebrate it since I am still working at the office this Holy Week so it came to my mind that the best way to do it is to watch movies of Jesus Christ like Passion of the Christ, The Ten Commandments, Samson and Delilah, The Bible in the Beginning, etc but my first choice  is to watch Jesus of Nazareth.

Another important festival that I will surely miss is Pista'y Dayat where in thousands of beach lovers flocked to the beaches of Lingayen Gulf for the annual celebration of Pista'y Dayat (sea festival) which started the first day of May. Local menfolk are looking forward to the search for the fairest lass in the Gulf, also known as the Mutya ng Dagat.
